Prescriptions
How can I get a refill?
Prescription refills are handled Monday thru Thursday,
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Calls should be made at least a week before your supply
is gone.
Please provide the pharmacy name, phone number, prescription
number, drug name and dosage, and how often you take
the medication.
In the near future we will be rolling out our eprescription
(Electronic Prescribing program). This will allow us
to get your prescriptions to the pharmacists electronically,
safely, instantly but will require you to call the pharmacist
directly. The pharmacy will then contact us electronically.
When we start this, all refills requests will need to
be called to your pharmacy.
Please note that we do not refill prescriptions in the
evening or on weekends. We also cannot refill prescriptions
that were originally prescribed by other physicians.
