Chantel D. Dixon, M.S. APRN, FNP-C
Chantel Dixon is a family nurse practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia in Registered Nursing. She then earned her Master of Science degree from Hampton University concentrating in Family Practice.
Chantel joined Gastroenterology Associates of Tidewater in 2013. She cares for acutely ill hospitalized gastrointestinal patients. She also assists with endoscopic and non-endoscopic procedures as well as wound assessments.
