Dr. Tiongco was born in Manila, Philippines and has been with Gastroenterology Associates of Tidewater since 1999. He is on staff at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center in Chesapeake, Virginia and Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center in Norfolk, Virginia.
